wellness inspired by the seasons 💗 leaning into spring cravings for all the fresh and vibrant produce. i always love how my cravings shift with the seasons- i even find myself craving the more fruity flavors from rxbar this time of year- they’re my favorite grab and go snacks to have on hand for some protein and healthy fats!
some tips for upping your wellness this spring:
•eat as seasonally as possible, but don’t stress about being perfect! i do my best but also allow myself the things i’m craving even if they aren’t quite in season.
•keep snacks on hand that are easy to take with you as we spend more time outside. rxbar bars and nut butters are my favorite for this, plus some fresh fruit!
•make time to get some movement outside and some vitamin d ☀️ i love a walk in the morning and after lunch!
•try new recipes that keep you excited to get in the kitchen! i’m loving my superfood pesto on everything these days 🌱
