Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 cups chopped Mango
2 Tbsp Honey
2-3 Tbsp assorted Nuts, roughly chopped
2-3 Tbsp Museli (Optional)
Method:
In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, chia seeds, and 1 Tbsp of honey. Cover and refrigerate it for an hour
In a blender, combine the mango and the rest of the honey and blend until smooth. Chill the puree
To layer the chia pudding, in a glass, first add some nuts and museli. Then add a layer of the coconut milk and chia. Then add the pureed mango evenly over
Garnish with slivers of nuts and cubes of Mango and serve chilled!
