stop what you’re doing and make this banana fig milkshake ?? the flavor is out of this world, and it’s also packed full of nutrients!
in partnership with seed, we gave this Science Smoothie a nerdy name: The Phenolic Acid, Alpha Linoleic Acid Brassica Blaze. this name is based off the amazing nutrients provided by ingredients that make up this insanely delicious smoothie.
diversifying our diet, especially when it comes to the fruits and veggies we consume, plays a huge role in our overall health.
a smoothie is one of my fave ways to pack in a bunch of variety and nutrients into my morning!
