Choco-Banana Popsicles – Post
Ingredients:
80 gms of Dark Chocolate
120 gms of Milk Chocolate
2-3 Bananas, cut in half
4-6 Wooden Ice Cream Sticks
Slivers of Almonds, Walnuts and Pistachios
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 Tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
Butter paper
Method:
Stick the ice cream sticks into the cut Bananas and freeze them for about an hour
After an hour, start melting the chocolate together until it’s thick and flowing
Pour it into a tall glass and then dip each frozen banana into the chocolate until it’s fully coated and then place on a plate, over the butter paper
Sprinkle the nuts and the rainbow sprinkles as needed and then freeze them for about 2-3 hours until done
You’re all set to enjoy!
