monday’s always made better with pasta ?? broccoli chicken alfredo is one of those combos that neverrr gets old!! the sauce is my lightened up alfredo ( for the recipe), served with brown rice pasta, shredded rotisserie chicken, and steamed broccoli. quick, simple, and hits the spot every time!!

tip: after i steam the broccoli, i season with salt and pepper and added a squeeze of lemon!

to keep this vegetarian: skip the chicken and use chickpea or lentil pasta!
