Recipe (Serves 1-2)
2 large frozen bananas
3-4 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 packet of rxbar pumpkin spice peanut butter, plus more for drizzling
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice, plus more as needed
Handful of cinnamon or pecan cookies (gluten free, if needed)
Add all ingredients BESIDES the cookies to your blender. Start with about 1 cup of milk of choice, adding more needed. Once nice and smooth and totally blended, add the cookies and pulse a couple times. Serve immediately with a drizzle of rxbar pumpkin spice peanut butter and enjoy!
