A healthy, quick and easy meal loaded with fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots cauliflower, red bell peppers, mushrooms, onions & baby corn) and served with rice or noodles. Great way to have the kids eat their veggies. I cook the vegetables until they are just crisp-tender (we like them crunchy not mushy) and add soya sauce just before serving 😍
