Salmon & Rice✨

Baked fresh Atlantic salmon with mixed vegetables and rice is a dish I rarely have leftovers from. A great source of protein and high in omega 3 fatty acids, it’s a great choice for a healthy weeknight meal.
✨For the salmon: I season them with garlic powder, seasoning salt & olive oil. I cut the salmon into serving-size pieces for faster, more even baking.
✨For the rice: Sauté frozen vegetables in butter. Then add washed and drained rice (I use chicken base, dash of turmeric, salt&pepper).
Tahini sauce, lemon and a side of salad complete this salmon dish?
