Chocolate Chip Mini Egg Cookies?
Crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, these delicious cookies did not last long in my kitchen.
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed mini eggs
✨Mix butter, sugars and vanilla until pale and fluffy. Whisk in the egg.
✨Stir in flour and baking soda, folding mixture with spatula (do not over mix)!
✨Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop on parchment lined baking sheet leaving at least 4 inches between each cookies so they can spread evenly.
✨Bake for 12-15 min at 350
✨Cool completely before serving.
