Chocolate Chip Cookies?

Thick chocolate chip cookies! They’re nice and golden on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside – an easy, quick and perfect treat. How do you like your cookies? Thin & crunchy OR thick & chewy?

Recipe:
?2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
?1 cup softened butter
?2/3 cup sugar
?2/3 cup brown sugar
?2 large eggs (room temperature)
?2 tsp vanilla extract
?1 tsp baking powder
?1/2 tsp salt
?1 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)

Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F
✨In a bowl add flour, baking powder & salt – whisk and set aside.
✨In a stand mixer beat the softened butter & sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until just incorporate (if you beat the eggs for too long the cookies will be stiff)
✨Add the dry ingredients and mix until crumbles form. Add chocolate chips and mix until you form a dough.
✨Use an ice cream scoop to scoop dough and place them on a parchment lined baking tray (do not flatten, they will flatten on their own while baking).
✨Bake for 12-15mins or until edges begin to brown. Enjoy! ?
