2 cups thinly sliced red potatoes
4 tbsp Everything Seasoning
Olive oil or Avocado Oil Spray
1.Preheat oven to 450 Degrees. Slice potatos as thin as you can get them (about 1/8th of an inch).
2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and spray with olive oil spray. You can also use a wire baking rack! Lay the potatoes onto the baking sheet and spray with oil. Season generously with everything seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness!
3.Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
