For the edible bowl you simply need a large tortilla of choice (burrito size), an oven safe bowl that fits the entire tortilla when placed inside (I use a stainless steal mixing bowl), and just a tiny bit of oil to grease the bowl (avocado oil is my go-to).
Place the tortilla inside the greased bowl to create its shape, and bake at 350 F/175 C for 15 minutes.
Carefully take it out of the bowl, then put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes so it can crisp up some more.

My bowl is filled with:
– Tempeh taco crumbles
– Mexican rice
– Tri Bean mix
– Fresh salsa
– Guacamole
– Cashew sour cream
– Romaine lettuce
