📑Substances
2 cans of natural chickpeas (drain one can and reserve water from the second can)
half cup tahini
Juice from one massive lemon
Some Chickpea juice from the can (use half first, then add extra if you would like creamier consistency)
1 complete roasted garlic (peeled)
1-2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper
Mix all the things within the excessive velocity blender till clean and creamy. Plate the hummus in a shallow bowl, adorn with chopped purple onions, cherry tomatoes, micro greens, lemon wedges, olives, and crushed purple pepper. Drizzle it with additional virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
