CAJUN SPICED POTATO WEDGES ? with salad, smoked tofu and a mashed avocado & lime dip.

The wedges:
– 2 giant potatoes
– olive oil
– Cajun spice combine
– dietary yeast (for a tacky flavour which is non-obligatory)
– salt
1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/gasoline 6. Line a baking tray with non stick parchment.
2. Lower your potatoes into wedges, place them in a mixing bowl.
3. Drizzle the wedges with a lil olive oil then give stir.
4. Coat the wedges with as a lot Cajun spice as you need and sprinkle in some dietary yeast for a tacky flavour and to make them further crispy, then season with some salt.
5. Give all of it stir with a wood spoon till the wedges are totally coated within the seasoning.
6. Place the wedges in your baking tray and bake within the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes till golden and crispy.
The avo lime dip:
Mash 1 ripe medium avocado till easy and creamy add the juice of half a lime, season with salt & pepper or some dried chilli flakes then combine properly.
