Crispy tofu and coconut noodles⠀

Recipe:⠀

For the crispy tofu⠀
10 ouncestofu, cubed⠀
1/four cup cornstarch⠀
three tbsp olive oil⠀
1/four cup orange juice⠀
1/four cup tamari⠀
2 tbsp tomato paste⠀
2 tbsp rice vinegar⠀
Sesame seeds, to serve⠀
Coat the tofu within the cornstarch, then fry within the olive oil for 10 minutes, rotating often. Make the sauce by mixing collectively the orange juice, tamari, tomato paste and rice vinegar. Add to the tofu and stir till evenly coated. Serve with sesame seeds.⠀

For the coconut noodles⠀
1 tbsp sesame oil⠀
1 massive onion, diced⠀
three cloves garlic, minced⠀
1 can coconut milk⠀
half tsp salt⠀
half cup vegan cheese⠀
Juice of 1 lemon⠀
four parts cooked noodles of your alternative⠀
Warmth the sesame oil in a big pan, then add the onion and garlic and cook dinner for five minutes. Now add the coconut milk, salt, vegan cheese and lemon juice. Stir within the noodles when the cheese melts.⠀
