1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
half purple bell pepper, finely diced
1/Four cup purple onion, finely diced
Tahini Ranch (recipe under)
Bread of your alternative (I used silverhillsbakery)

Tahini Ranch
Three tbsp tahini (I used soomfoods)
Three tbsp plain unsweetened plant primarily based yogurt
Juice of half a lemon
2 tsp brown mustard
half tbsp dietary yeast
half tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dry parsley
2-Three sprigs recent dill, minced
Salt and pepper to style
3-Four tbsp water

In a bowl add your chickpeas and with a fork or potato masher mash chickpeas to your required consistency (I like a 50-50 mixture of crushed to much less crushed chickpeas). Add in your ranch, bell pepper and onion and blend properly to mix. Scoop your chickpea combination in between two slices of bread and be at liberty to additional costume it up as desired.
