1 yellow onion diced
2 massive cloves garlic minced
1/eight tsp cloves
1/eight tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/four tsp cayenne
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
1/four cup tamari
three tbsp maple syrup
1/four cup tomato paste
1 cup veggie inventory
1 tsp liquid smoke
Cracked Black pepper
1 tsp sea salt

>Drain and rinse jackfruit. Take away arduous core and pull jackfruit aside with you palms. Sauté onion and garlic. In a small bowl mix all dry spices and toss in with onion and garlic. Add jackfruit and toss to mix. In a small bowl mix tomato paste, tamari, liquid smoke, and maple syrup. Which to mix and add to pan. Stir. Lastly, add in inventory, salt and pepper and blend totally. Cowl and scale back to medium low for approx 30-40 minutes. Style for seasoning. Add to pasta, tacos or no matter else you fancy!!
