CAJUN SPICED POTATO WEDGES ? with salad, smoked tofu and a mashed avocado & lime dip. ⁣

The wedges:⁣⁣
– 2 giant potatoes⁣⁣
– olive oil ⁣⁣
– Cajun spice combine⁣⁣
– dietary yeast (for a tacky flavour which is elective) ⁣⁣
– salt ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/fuel 6. Line a baking tray with non stick parchment.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. Reduce your potatoes into wedges, place them in a mixing bowl. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. Drizzle the wedges with a lil olive oil then give a very good stir. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4. Coat the wedges with as a lot Cajun spice as you need and sprinkle in some dietary yeast for a tacky flavour and to make them further crispy, then season with some salt. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
5. Give all of it a very good stir with a picket spoon till the wedges are absolutely coated within the seasoning. ⁣⁣

6. Place the wedges in your baking tray and bake within the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes till golden and crispy. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The avo lime dip:⁣⁣
Mash 1 ripe medium avocado till easy and creamy add the juice of 1/2 a lime, season with salt & pepper or some dried chilli flakes then combine effectively. ⁣⁣
