BETTER THAN TAKEOUT VEGAN ORANGE CAULIFLOWER 🥡

Orange Cauliflower 🥢
SERVES 4

• 1 head cauliflower, lower into florets
• 1 C brown rice flour or GF all function flour
• 1 C water or plant milk
• 1 TBSP liquid aminos
• 2 TBSP orange juice
• half tsp garlic powder

Sauce 🍊

• 3/Four C orange juice
• half C water
• 1 TBSP orange zest
• 1” piece ginger
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 TBSP chili garlic sauce
• 1/Four C rice vinegar
• 1-2 TBSP liquid aminos or soy sauce
• 1/4 – 1/Three C swerve, coconut sugar or sweetener of alternative
• crushed crimson peppers, to style
• 1 tsp tapioca flour (or cornstarch) + 2 TBSP water

To Serve 🥦

• inexperienced onions, chopped
• broccolini, steamed
• Shirataki rice (for decrease carb) or jasmine rice

1️⃣ Mix elements for batter in a big bowl. If it’s too thick, add additional liquid. Pour in cauli and toss. One after the other, switch cauliflower to 2 parchment lined baking sheets, letting extra batter drip off. Don’t overcrowd. Bake at 400 for 30 min. Rinse/dry bowl, put aside.
