For the cake

80g 1/2 cup moscovado sugar or coconut sugar
80g 1/2 cup gentle brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
65g 1/Three cup coconut oil, melted, room temp
80ml 1/Three cup espresso, heat
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
240ml 1 cup water

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 175C| 350 F levels. Line a 25x10cm| 10×4″ loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine collectively the cacao powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt collectively. Put aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine collectively the coconut oil, espresso, vanilla, vinegar, and water till effectively mixed.
4. Stir within the moist elements into the dry elements and stir till simply mixed.
5. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 50 – 55 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted within the center comes out clear.
