❇️ FOR THE LO MEIN ⤵️
🔹½ field lo mein noodles, cooked in response to package deal directions
🔹¼ cup plant milk
🔹three tbsp kecap manis (candy soy sauce, or sub with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp molasses)
🔹1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
🔹1 tbsp corn starch
🔹1 tsp toasted sesame oil
🔹1 medium garlic clove
🔹1 2″ piece ginger
🔹½ tsp pink pepper flakes
🔹White and black sesame seeds and extra pink pepper flakes to prime
❇️ METHOD ⤵️
🔹In a meals processor mix collectively all of the elements except for the noodles and pulse until clean.
🔹Pour the sauce right into a pot and whisk on medium warmth till it thickens, ~1 min.
