Vegan Roasted Kale Pesto with “Sausage” – don’t be tricked, it’s really vegan sausage 😮

Components:
* 5 Cups Kale, chopped
* 10 Cloves Garlic
* 1 Tablespoon Olive oil (or vegetable broth)
* 2 Tablespoons Dietary yeast
* 1/four Cup Vegetable broth
* 1/four Cup Walnuts
* Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
* 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
* a Pinch of Crimson pepper flakes
* 16 oz. Pasta
* four Vegan sausages, sliced (I used Area Roast)
* Vegan Parmesan for topping, I used Violife Parmesan
* Salt and Pepper
