Dough:⠀
Three cups of flour⠀
1 cup of water⠀
1/2 tsp of baking powder⠀
1/2 tsp of salt⠀
1/Four cup of olive oil⠀

Filling:⠀
300g of cooked lentils⠀
2 tbsp of olive oil⠀
1/2 of an onion⠀
2 cloves of garlic⠀
1/Four cup of ajvar (or pink pepper paste or tomato paste)⠀
1/2 cup of tomato sauce⠀
1 tsp of cumin⠀
1 tsp of oregano⠀
Salt and pepper to style⠀
Optionally 1/Three tsp of chili flakes⠀
1 tbsp of parsley⠀

1. Combine collectively the entire substances for the dough and hold including water little by little till you knead the dough. Tip: when beginning kneading simply get all of the substances collectively in a ball after which watch for 5-10minutes for the gluten to develop and proceed kneading. It’s going to be a lot smoother⠀
2. For the filling add the entire substances to a pan, stir fry it for 5mins and let cool⠀
3. Roll out the dough in a skinny rectangle form and unfold lentils on high. Roll right into a log (like for cinnamon rolls) and minimize the rolls.⠀
