Components: 1 tsp olive oil, 1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained, 1 cups cooked and chilled quinoa, 1 yellow squash diced, 1 cup Brussels sprouts halved, 1 avocado halved and sliced, half crimson bell pepper diced, 2 inexperienced onions diced, half cup frozen corn, half lime reduce in wedges, 1/Four tsp salt, half tsp smoked paprika, half tsp garlic powder, 1/Four crimson onion diced
Directions:

2. Add pinto beans, quinoa and 1/Four cup water, don’t stir and canopy the pan and cook dinner for Three minutes
