Components:

Directions:
1. Press and pat tofu dry. Minimize into 1/2-1 inch cubes.
2. Add to a ziplock bag. Add soy sauce/Tamari, sriracha, maple syrup, garlic and ginger. Marinate for 1 – Four hours.
3. After it’s marinaded for some time, combine kimchi in. Add to a bowl with brown rice, avocado, shredded carrots, edamame beans, blended greens and extra!
