BBQ Chickpeas
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp favourite BBQ sauce
Pinch of salt

Place all elements in a bowl and toss collectively to coat chickpeas evenly. Bake on line baking sheet and place within the oven for 25 minutes. If you’re utilizing an airfrier, place chickpeas in airfrier and bake at 370F for 15 minutes or till crunchy. Take away chickpeas from oven and permit to fully cool.

Adobo Tahini Dressing
three tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp miso paste
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/four tsp adobo seasoning
four tbsp water
Salt and pepper to style

Smoky Adobo Chickpea Salad
1 romaine coronary heart, chopped or 1 bagged salad
BBQ Chickpeas
1 cup frozen hearth roasted corn
1 avocado, chopped
1 cup roasted frozen broccoli
1/four cup adobo tahini dressing
.
In a small bowl add in all dressing elements and whisk till clean. Add extra water 1 tbsp at a time if you wish to make the consistency a bit thinner to your liking. In a big bowl add greens and prime with 1/2 the dressing. Toss to coat all romaine leaves. Toss in remaining elements plus remaining dressing and toss to coat once more. Function desired.
