🌱Creamy Mushroom Coconut Stew🌱 (oil-free choice)
✅Warmth 2 teaspoons olive oil, or just a little veggie broth, in a big saucepan or Dutch oven over medium warmth.
✅Add 1 medium shallot (small cube) and cook dinner for 1 minute.
