Recipe
Substances:
1 package deal retailer purchased gnocchi (I used Dealer Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi)
1 tbsp avocado oil
Methodology:
Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan over medium warmth. Add the frozen gnocchi and continually toss with a picket spoon or spatula , cooking for 5-7 minutes till crisp on either side!
Sauce:
half cup solar dried tomatoes in oil
half yellow onion
three cloves garlic
1 tsp avocado oil
half cup uncooked cashews (or half cup white beans for a bit free choice)
2 cups water
three tbsp dietary yeast
Salt
Pepper
Methodology:
1. Saute onions and garlic in oil, for 4-6 minutes till aromatic. Add the cooked onions and garlic, cashews, half cup sun-dried tomatoes (separated from the oil, if a bit will get in there that’s okay), water, dietary yeast, salt and pepper to a blender and mix till easy.
Mix gnocchi with sauce, high off with recent herbs, solar dried tomatoes and chili pepper flakes!
