1/four cup tomato paste
1/four cup clean peanut butter
1 tbsp tamari
Add the onion to a non-stick frying pan and cook dinner for 1-2 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes and stir for an extra 2 minutes, till the tomatoes cook dinner down. Then, add the chickpeas, canned tomatoes, turmeric, onion granules, paprika, and curry powder. Stir for two minutes to coat the chickpeas and permit the spices to change into aromatic. Pour within the coconut milk along with the tomato paste and peanut butter. Simmer on medium warmth for 7-Eight minutes, stirring continuously. Add extra coconut milk or some veggie broth if it begins to get too thick or dry. On the final minute, stir within the tamari and serve.
