2 parts noodles of alternative
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium crimson onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sizzling sauce (non-obligatory)
Juice of 1 lime
Three tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot
Prepare dinner the noodles based on packaging directions. In the meantime, warmth the sesame oil in a skillet or wok and add the garlic and onion. Prepare dinner for five minutes, till aromatic and the onion is translucent. Now add the mushrooms and cook dinner for an additional 3-Four minutes, till they soften. In the meantime, put together the sauce by stirring collectively the tomato paste, tamari, rice vinegar, sizzling sauce and lime juice. In a separate bowl, stir collectively the water and cornstarch. When the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse them and switch to the pan/wok along with the sauce. Toss till coated within the sauce, and add the cornstarch slurry. Proceed stirring till the sauce thickens.
