Makes 14 small buns
Dough recipe
240g all-purpose (plain) flour
three teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon immediate yeast
2/three cup unsweetened heat milk or water (consider bathwater)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon oil
Filling: 1lb 450g zucchini, 1 small carrot, 1/four cup sliced mushrooms, 2 stalks of scallions/inexperienced onions, chopped, oil for cooking, salt to style
Filling’s Seasoning: soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, pepper, salt
Dough: Combine the sugar and yeast in heat liquid till well-combined. Then, add it to flour (with salt) and knead till a clean high varieties. Proof till double its measurement.
