Nothing higher then GOOD rustic bread, home made hummus and sautéed shiitake mushrooms✨

Garlic hummus

1 Can garbanzo beans (drained)
1/four cup tahini
2-Three tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/four cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
Technique: mix all components in meals processor and mix till utterly clean, I blended for Three minutes on excessive. Style and alter seasonings as wanted. If too thick add a bit extra water.
Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
1 tsp avocado oil
Salt & pepper
Technique:
In a small bowl mix pure maple syrup and soy sauce. Whisk to mix. Slice mushrooms and place in bowl ensuring every mushrooms is roofed in sauce. In a pan over medium warmth add oil and sauté mushrooms for two minutes or till golden. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper then take away from warmth.
Slice and Toast your rustic Bread (I loooove sadierosebakingco ), unfold a beneficiant layer of hummus, prime it with mushrooms, a pinch of pepper, and recent cilantro.
