🌱Recipe veggies in cheese sauce: Sauté 1 small candy onion (chopped) in somewhat olive oil or veggie broth till translucent, about 5 minutes. Add 1 medium russet potato (grated), four garlic cloves (minced), half tsp floor mustard seed powder, half tsp garlic powder, half tsp onion powder/granules, 1/four tsp purple chili flakes. Sauté one other minute. Add 2/three cup uncooked cashews and 1 cup vegetable broth or water. Carry to a simmer and prepare dinner till potatoes are performed(about 10 minutes), including extra water or broth as wanted and stirring frequently. Switch to blender and add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1/four cup dietary yeast (+ half tsp pickled horseradish elective). Mix till easy. Salt to style. Combine in sautéed or flippantly steamed veggies of selection. (I added some leftover steamed some broccoli and sautéed bell peppers and mushrooms.)
