2 cups thinly sliced pink potatoes
four tbsp Every part Seasoning
Olive oil or Avocado Oil Spray

1.Preheat oven to 450 Levels. Slice potatos as skinny as you will get them (about 1/eighth of an inch).

2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and spray with olive oil spray. You may also use a wire baking rack! Lay the potatoes onto the baking sheet and spray with oil. Season generously with all the pieces seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes or till desired crispiness!

3.Serve together with your favourite dipping sauce!
