Have three medium Yukon gold potatoes prepared. Place one of many potatoes between two chopsticks, lengthwise. Slice into skinny slices leaving 1/four inch at backside uncut. Take away from oven and brush with toasted sesame oil and remaining miso glaze. Serve instantly.
