?Recipe: Sauté 1 finely diced onion is 2 tbsp heated impartial oil a couple of minutes till translucent. Add four minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp finely grated ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp curry powder and sauté one other minute. Add four tbsp pink curry paste and blend whereas sautéing one other 30 seconds. Add three cups low-sodium veggie broth and a pair of cups water. Carry to boil, add 1-16oz (2-1/four cups) yellow lentil. Combine and cut back warmth to simmer. Simmer uncovered till lentils tender, about 20 minutes. Add 1 head cauliflower (florets lower into bite-size items). Simmer till cauliflower is cooked. Stir in 2 cups frozen peas and warmth one other couple of minutes. Salt to style. Served with lotusfoods rice.
