This saucy noodle dish is ideal for a straightforward but actually scrumptious weeknight or weekend meal and you may add no matter veggies you’ve got. High them with scallions, contemporary herbs, sesame seeds, sizzling sauce. Any or all the above ???

Merely saute 6 oz. chopped mushrooms, then add in 1 bell pepper diced and saute, then 1 zucchini diced instead of the tofu. Add your favourite noodles – I used three servings, and 1/three cup peas. ?
