What you want: eight ouncescooked macaroni ( or your favourite small pasta form) For the Cashew Cream: half of cup cashews, 1 cup veggie broth, 1/Four cup jarred roasted pink peppers chopped, Three tbl dietary yeast For The Soup:1/Four cup vegan butter, 1 onion finely chopped, 1/Four cup flour, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, Three cups veggie broth, 2 cups broccoli florets finely chopped, 2 celery stalks chopped, 1 massive carrot peeled & finely chopped, 1 half of cup non dairy milk (I used soy), 1 tbls white vinegar, salt/pepper to style
What you do:
