Balsamic Mushrooms

Recipe:
Substances:
450 g cremini mushrooms (16 oz)
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch sea salt
1 tbsp almond butter
three tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp thyme
Directions:
1. Slice cremini mushrooms and add to skillet on medium-low warmth with olive oil and a pinch sea salt. Cook dinner mushrooms, stirring often for 10 minutes (letting the mushrooms sweat and launch their pure waters).
2. Mix almond butter, balsamic and thyme in a small bowl. Whisk collectively. Flip skillet to medium-high warmth and pour liquid combination over mushrooms. Proceed cooking mushrooms, stirring typically till liquid is thickened and mushrooms are golden browned. (5-10 minutes).
