Crispy oven-baked teriyaki tofu ?

1 block of additional agency tofu
2tbsp cornflour
3tbsp breadcrumbs
3tbsp teriyaki sauce

Garnish (non-obligatory)
Spring onion – chopped
Chives – finely minimize
Pink chili – finely minimize
Sesame seeds

Pre-heat oven to 180 levels.
Take away tofu from packaging and press for round 5 minutes, then minimize into cubes.
Add the corn flour and breadcrumbs to a bowl and blend completely, then toss within the tofu and coat all sides evenly.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add on every dice of tofu, evenly spaced. Oven bake for 25-30 minutes, or till crispy and golden.
Add teriyaki sauce to a bowl and toss within the baked tofu, guaranteeing to cowl all sides. Be happy so as to add extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
Take away from bowl and serve instantly.
Garnish with spring onion, chives, chili and sesame seeds (non-obligatory).
