To make the hummus, I made plain hummus first, break up it into three, and processed them with totally different substances to make them three sorts of hummus.
the bottom recipe:
– 3.5 cups of cooked chickpeas (cooled off)
– 1/Three cup tahini
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 garlic cloves
– 5-6 ice cubes
– 1/4-1/2 cup chickpea cooking water or chilly water (add ~ 2 tbsp at a time till you’re on the proper consistency)
– Salt to style
roasted pink pepper: 1 roasted pink bell pepper (minimize and air fried for 12 min at 400 or in oven for longer) 1/2 tsp harissa, 1/2 tsp black pepper.
eggplant: 1/Four of a giant eggplant (cubed and air fried for 15 min at 400 F or in oven for longer, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/Four tsp pink chili powder
inexperienced pea & dill: 1/Four cup dill, 1/2 cup frozen inexperienced peas, thawed.
