Recipe:

Cashew Salsa:
2 C salsa
1 tsp cilantro paste or a handful of cilantro
1 tbsp of lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder or paste
2 C soaked cashews, rinsed
1 tsp scorching sauce for style
Place right into a blender & mix till easy. Add water if it’s not mixing.

Tofu Burritos:
A block of additional agency tofu, crumbled along with your fingers.

Components:
four tbsp dietary yeast
1 cup cashew salsa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp aminos or soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 dice veg bouillon
1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp cilantro paste

Add components to a pan with crumbled tofu stir and blend till it resembles an eggy consistency.

Different components:
Beans
Avocado, sliced
Potato fries, sliced and baked
Micro greens
Purple cabbage
