Crispy Avocado Spring Rolls 🌸

Makes Eight egg rolls

1 tub of Guacamole (1 lbs tub) 
1/three cup chopped inexperienced onions 
1 jalapeño seeded and diced 
three tbps of chopped cilantro 
8-10 spring roll pastry dough wrappers 
1 cup of Oil for frying

Add chopped inexperienced onions, cilantro and diced jalapeño to the guacamole. In the meantime add oil to the frying pan or wok and warmth. 
To make the egg rolls: Place the avocado combination within the heart of every wrapper. Utilizing your finger, rub the perimeters with water. Carry the underside fringe of the wrapper and roll it tightly over the filling. Fold within the sides and proceed to roll up the wrapper and press to seal. Repeat till you’ve used all the wrappers. 
Fry the egg rolls in oil for two min on all sides till golden brown. Take away with a steel tong onto a paper towel lined plate. Serve instantly with favourite dipping sauce.
