240g further agency tofu, cubed (we use tofooco)ā£
2 tbsp cornflourā£
1 – 2 tbsp toasted sesame oilā£
three tbsp darkish soy sauceā£
2 cloves of garlic, crushedā£
2 tbsp maple syrupā£
half tsp chilli flakesā£
1 inch piece of ginger, gratedā£
Juice of half lemonā£
Pinch of sesame seedsā£

š„ Technique: Coat the tofu in cornflour. Warmth the oil in a wok and fry the tofu till golden. Mix the remaining elements and pour the sauce into the wok. Stir to mix and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.ā£

1 carrot, grated/finely slicedā£
1 spring onion, choppedā£
70g pink cabbage, finely choppedā£
5 radishes, slicedā£
100g cucumber, finely dicedā£

š± Slaw Dressingā£
1 tsp Dijon mustardā£
2 tbsp maple syrupā£
2 tbsp apple cider vinegarā£

š„ Technique: Put the Dijon mustard in a jar and steadily add the maple syrup. Stir within the vinegar and pour over the slaw.ā£

2 gloves garlicā£
half tbsp toasted sesame oilā£
half pink pepperā£
half head of broccoliā£
Pinch of chilli flakesā£
Saltā£

š„ Technique: Warmth the oil in a wok and fry the broccoli, pepper and garlic. Season with salt and chilli flakes
