Baked Garlic Chili Tofu Bowl

Baked Garlic Chili Tofu
1 block of tofu (450g), drained and pressed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic chili sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp dietary yeast or 1 tsp cornstarch
Preheat oven to 400F. Dice up your tofu into 16 items. Place in a tupperware container together with the remaining elements. Seal lid and gently toss to coat. Place on a lined baking tray and place into the oven for 25 minutes. I’m usually too lazy to flip, however you may flip half solution to actually get that even baking.
You may also make within the airfryer. I often will set to 375F and bake for 8-10 minutes or till edges brown.
For the veggies I sautéed them in some soy sauce and garlic chili sauce. I completed with a tsp of sesame oil at then. Omit that if none out there.
