What you want: 1 block medium agency tofu (15 ounces) 2 stalks of celery finely chopped, 2 inexperienced onions finely chopped (white & gentle inexperienced solely) half of small dill pickle finely chopped, 6 tbl of vegan mayo, 2 tsp dietary yeast, 2 tsp yellow mustard, half of tsp celery seeds, 1/Four tsp turmeric, 1/Four tsp black salt (non-compulsory), salt & pepper to style, 1 tbl pickle juice, 2 tbl for contemporary herbs (I used parsley & dill). + matzah wraps
What you do:
1️⃣ Press block of tofu for 15 minutes. Then cube into small & medium cubes. Place in giant mixing bowl
2️⃣ Fold in chopped celery, inexperienced onions & pickles
3️⃣In a small bowl combine the mayo and remainder of the elements besides pickle juice & contemporary herbs.
