Black Bean Curry & Rice with scallion and parsley ??
2 tsp oil
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp floor coriander
1 tsp chili powder
1/Four tsp cinnamon
2.5 tsp cumin
2 tsp curry powder
half cup marinara or tomato sauce
3/Four tsp to 1 tsp kosher salt
1/Four tsp pepper elective
1 and three/4 15 oz. cans black beans drained and rinsed
1 15 oz. can coconut milk (full fats)
1/Four to 1/Three cup sliced inexperienced onions, to style
2-Three tbsp finely chopped contemporary parsley, to style
