A lush bowl of Pesto Pasta

? This one’s crammed with asparagus, peas, tons of do-it-yourself pesto , white beans, spinach and sprouts.

half of onion small cube
1 massive clove garlic minced
half of tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
eight spears asparagus (lower in 1 inch items)
1 cup frozen peas
1 half of cups canned navy beans (rinsed)
2 cups wild spinach
Handful micro greens
3/four cup do-it-yourself pesto (cilantro, dill, parsley)
1 bag mezzi rigatoni
half of cup scorching pasta water
Vegan Parmesan
Candy onion, chillis and garlic

​Add in asparagus sauté for a number of minutes. Add in splash of pasta water. Toss in peas and spinach, sauté for 2 minutes. Add in pesto and cooked pasta, toss to mix. Add in pasta water, micro greens and cheese. Season with salt and cracked pepper. Toss once more. Serve instantly in bowl with additional cheese!
