Substances: (1 serving)
π2 slices of sourdough bread
πΌa big handful of mushrooms (I used brown ones)
πΏ1 tbsp olive oil
π±1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
π₯1 avocado
π1 squeeze of lemon juice
πsmall handful of recent basil
π§salt & pepper
Instructions: Slice the mushrooms (skinny or thick – you determine) and gently fry in olive oil on medium warmth till golden brown. Whereas the mushrooms are frying, toast your bread and mash the avocado in a bowl and add the lemon juice. A couple of minute earlier than the mushrooms are carried out, add the chopped garlic to the pan so as to add a pleasant garlicky flavour. Season with salt n pepper.
