🍞2 slices of sourdough bread
🌼a big handful of mushrooms (I used brown ones)
🌿1 tbsp olive oil
🌱1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

πŸ‹1 squeeze of lemon juice
πŸ€small handful of recent basil
πŸ§‚salt & pepper

Instructions: Slice the mushrooms (skinny or thick – you determine) and gently fry in olive oil on medium warmth till golden brown. Whereas the mushrooms are frying, toast your bread and mash the avocado in a bowl and add the lemon juice.
