Preheat oven to 200 °C. Minimize 600 g of potatoes and 400 g of inexperienced asparagus into chunks. In a big bowl mix 2-Three tbsp oil, salt & pepper, 1 smashed gloves garlic & juice of 1 lemon. Add potatoes and asparagus and blend properly. First bake the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Then flip, add asparagus and crumbled feta cheese and bake for 15 minutes extra till golden and crispy. Serve together with your favourite dip!⁣
